What is your return policy?
We understand that sometimes skin
tone can be difficult to match. We allow exchanges on all foundations,

Do you charge extra shipping?

of our club members with active memberships.

is as a club member you can save up to 30% on most of our products
and receive free shipping on your subscription and any additional purchases

Can I reorder products? Yes, you can reorder products. We maintain
a database on each of our club members to ensure that their products are
related to each other. Because of this just let us know what you want
and it can be purchased. Shipping is free to our club members even when

If I join the club, how long will my membership last?
membership levels are 3, 6 or 12 months each. At the end of each membership
you will receive an email from our staff asking if you would like to enroll
again. We want each of members to enjoy the commitment level that they
are comfortable with.
How can I cancel my membership?
We offer multiple membership
levels to allow each individual to purchase the time period they are comfortable
with. Once your term is ended your membership will be cancelled, unless
you tell us you would like to renew.

We bill you in full before the first selection or "Welcome to the Club" gift

How do I know what selection is coming next?
We consider part of the fun in our club to be the anticipation of the next
selection, so we don't publicly announce the selection in advance. But do
know that the package that you receive each month will contain products that
have been specifically selected for you!
